By using Lim Soon Poh Trading’s online webshop (LSPTO), you agree to these terms and conditions (T&Cs), including the collection and use of your personal data. If you do not agree, discontinue using LSPTO. Lim Soon Poh Trading may update these T&Cs at any time, and continued use implies acceptance of any changes. It is your responsibility to periodically review these T&Cs as they are binding.

Product  Pricing, Information and Availability

Lim Soon Poh Trading strives to ensure accuracy in product details, pricing, descriptions and images on LSPTO. However, errors may occur such that information like price, color, and weight may differ, with factors like packaging changes and digital images potentially affecting product appearance. Prices are subject to change and any discrepancies at checkout may result in adjustments to the final bill.

Orders are subjected to product availability and Lim Soon Poh Trading reserves the right to process only available items if certain products become unavailable. We will try our best to resolve any order fulfillment issues should it arises.

Order Confirmation, Refunds, and Returns Summary

Before submitting your order on LSPTO, it is your responsibility to review all details, including selected items, prices and applicable fees. By placing an order, you agree to the total amount displayed at checkout.

For item descrepancies, Lim Soon Poh Trading will issue refunds for payments related to rejected or omitted items. For exchanges or returns, you must inspect your order upon delivery and email us within 7 days with photos, your details, invoice number, and the reason for return. Lim Soon Poh Trading may collect the items for further checks.

Alcoholic Items

Alcoholic items are only available for purchase and delivery to individuals aged 18 or older. By ordering alcohol, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and understand it is illegal for anyone under 18 to buy or attempt to buy alcohol.

Lim Soon Poh Trading and its delivery team may request an ID for age verification. We reserve the right to refuse delivery or pick-up if the recipient appears under 18, cannot provide proof of age, or seems intoxicated.

No refunds will be provided if delivery is refused under these circumstances.
